Asus Radeon HD5770 (EAH5770) 1GB DDR5
Encode parameters :
--level 4.1 --preset slow --tune animation --crf 18.0 --bframes 3 --ref 9 --merange 24 --subme 9 --trellis 2
Might not be the best, but good quality with a relative small filesize, as well as relative fast speed. (Around ~20 fps for a 1080=>720 downscale)
