Chu-Bra!! BD Vol 1 (01-03)

New project, since no one is doing this (I know, Doki said they'd do them "sometime in summer"... not clear enough I guess).

Had to retranscript and time op/ed, they were hardsubbed. No effects here, but same fonts (I'm glad they left styles in the script).

    what's the difference from the one aired in before? because they don't have much censorship to begin with. So aside from better graphics. Added scene? or remove censorship?

    The file size is rather small for a 720p BD release. <200 MB where usual 720p BD i saw was 300-500 MB

    And particular reason?

    It's not a direct BDMV rip (Couldn't find one). I used 1080p Leopard-Raws (Around 500-600Mb) and downscaled them to 720p.

    I guess my encoding settings are good, compression-wise... And I didn't set any bitrate, just a 1-pass crf 18. Also, it's not an action anime, so it doesn't need much bitrate.
